Scope of work:

Configuration and Customization for Salesforce Service Cloud

Required skills/competencies:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Saleforce’s Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce relevant programming languages (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS), development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, migration tools, web services), and web development tools (Eclipse IDE, Git, Sublime).
• Strong systems analysis, problem solving, and design skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with technical peers
• Cruise, Hospitality, and/or Call Center industry experience preferred

Bachelor s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar discipline.

Required Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
